In November 2018, restaurant De Kop van Oost opened in the East of Amsterdam, with a real Van Steen interior! We made them some stylish benches of solid oak, built of narrow slats of oak that were mounted on a framework. We finished the oak with a white oil, which gives the wood a nice and light look while also protecting it.
